• State any two reasons mentioned in the article which contributes to the sharp rise in girls under 16 having sex.

Ans: The two reason mentioned in the article which contributes to the sharp rise in girls under 16 having sex is because “They have a desire for a closer connection with their boyfriend” and “ Being pressured by their boyfriend into giving themselves”.

• What are some consequences which a girl might face for engaging in casual sex?

Ans: The consequences which a girl might face will be having unwanted babies or disease or are turning a blind eye to them.

Question 2:

What are some of your reactions after reading this article? If one day, a close friend of yours confess to you that he/she has been engaging in sex, what would your advice to him/her be?



Ans: I felt that “Sex” should not be engage in such young age and also felt that they are silly about engaging in sex due to the consequences they might suffer in the end. If I had a close friend confess to me that he/she is engaging in sex, I will try to persuade him to stop the relationship with her girlfriend, and also too, asking him to do a checkup to see if any disease he may have and also ask him to talk with his/her family about it.
